Do you provide sample sizes for products?
We do not ship sample sizes at this time.
Is everything you sell natural?
Natural can mean different things to different people. We are committed to using only plant-based ingredients that have undergone very minor processing. We believe nature has the most effective beauty products in the world. We are constantly amazed by the power and potential of plant-based products.
Do you sell gift cards?
Why yes, we do! You can purchase gift cards through our website. Gift cards can be used at woowoolab.com only, they are not transferable to WooWoo Laboratory stockists. Discounts and promotional codes may not be applied to the sale of gift cards.
Promotions
Can I combine discount and promotional codes?
Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions. This is subject to change without notice.
My promotional code isn't working. What should I do?
Many of our promotional codes are single use, or time sensitive. They cannot be applied to gift sets, or otherwise already discounted items. Please double check these details before trying to use your code. If you are still having difficulty, shoot us an email hello@woowoolab.com and we'll get to the bottom of it.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept any major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and PayPal. All personal information is encrypted and protected. Read our full Privacy Policy.

Order Information
Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number so you can see its delivery status. If the status of your order hasn’t been updated in more than 3 business days, please email us at hello@woowoolab.com and we will help you out!
When can I expect to receive my order?
We do our best to ship within 3-6 business days of order receipt using Canada Post. Your package should arrive within 3-9 business days after it leaves our warehouse. This is our business standard only and are subject to postal disruptions and may increase during holidays and high volume periods *There are no international orders shipped at this time. US order prices are in $CAD and may be subject to custom fees or taxes at the border. The customer is responsible for these fees.
